  • We make it our priority to deliver & stock groceries before your arrival. In some instances, particularly during busy vacation seasons, there may be delays due to housekeeping, inspections, traffic, and heavy order volume. In most cases, you should receive your order by no later than 5 pm.

  • Refrigerated and frozen items will be stored appropriately. All other items will be arranged neatly on the counter.

  • Yes! Select "Custom Item" while shopping and use the notes box to enter details about the item you would like to order.

  • Your order will be shopped for, delivered and stocked by one of our Malibu Delivery staff members based on your vacation destination.

  • When your order is placed, your Credit Card will be authorized for $20. Your Credit Card will then be charged for all groceries and fees within 24 hours of delivery and you will receive an email with your final grocery total.

  • Orders can be cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery.

  • Orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to requested delivery date and time.
